At Unearth Style Co., we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience, from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle the delivery of your items.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer standard and express shipping options across Australia: Please note we live in the Pilbara outback Australia and shipping can take a little longer these are estimates only.  

  • Standard Shipping: 10-14 business days, flat rate of $9.95.
  • Express Shipping: 5-7 business days, flat rate of $14.95.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Standard International Shipping: 30-40 business days.
  • Express International Shipping: 10-15 business days.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Delays

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen events. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these cases.

Lost or Damaged Items

Unearth Style Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
